Bart Junior Bollen is a UPC Representative and Attorney at Law with experience in EU and Belgian life sciences law. He advises and supports clients on regulatory matters across the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, food, feed and cosmetics sectors, with a focus on compliance under EU and national legal frameworks. He works on matters for a broad range of life sciences companies, from start-ups and scale-ups to established industry players, as well as for industry associations, contributing to both advisory and contentious files.

Alongside his regulatory practice, Bart has experience in intellectual property law, notably in relation to patents, plant variety rights and geographical indications.
