Lora Arifagić is a UPC Representative and Attorney at Law specialising in intellectual property and EU regulatory law, with a particular focus on patent matters in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. She advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues and represents them before the Belgian courts, administrative jurisdictions and the Court of Justice of the European Union, notably in cases where patent enforcement, regulatory strategy and market access intersect.
Her practice is centred on supporting innovative companies operating in highly regulated sectors, assisting them in navigating complex European legal frameworks throughout the product life cycle.
